Downloader.zlob Problem -- Repost

I apologize for the repost, but the laptop I currently own is essentially crippled by the trojan. In any case the problem began when Norton Antivirus alerted me of blocking "Downloader.zlob"--This may not have worked because problems occurred afterwards. Of all the problems so far, the ones I have identified are:
1) Google redirects--In both Firefox and IE7, clicking google links sends me to some sort of advertising site.
2) Sites are blocked--this is major because it seems to block sites relevant to removing spyware and virus removal. It's probably the reason why I could not post the log using my laptop. The recommended ONLINE scans/sites are also blocked so I apologize for being unable to post Panda/Kaspersky results.
3) System restore is non-functional. Click the "next button" to confirm a system restore does not start the restoration process.
4) Some anti-virus scans are crippled. Adaware and Spybot worked fine but did not pick up the main problem. Norton Antivirus, when doing a Full System Scan only scans ~6000 files. This is just plain wrong as on previous scans I've seen it scan up to 800,000+ files. I'm guessing this has to do with the trojan.
5) As said before, the problems may root from "Downloader.zlob" or some variant and who knows what else.

Below is the HJT log. Note: On the first scan there were 2 errors (do not remember them due to being a bit panicked), but the errors did not show up on subsequent scans. Any help would be immensely appreciated.

    Hey peppero01. I apologize for delay.

    Step 1:

    Click here to download ATF Cleaner by Atribune and save it to your desktop.
    • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    • Under Main choose: Select All
    • Click the Empty Selected button.
      • If you use Firefox:
        • Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
        • Click the Empty Selected button.
        • NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
      • If you use Opera:
        • Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
        • Click the Empty Selected button.
        • NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
    • Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
    Step 2:

     Please do a scan with Kaspersky

    Note: Internet Explorer should be used
    • Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
    • It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
    • When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
    • Make sure these boxes are checked (ticked). If they are not, please tick them and click on the Save button:
      • Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
      • Archives
    • Click on My Computer under Scan and then put the kettle on!
    • Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
    • You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
    • Save this report to a convenient place like your Desktop. Change the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
    • Copy and paste the report into your next reply.

    Please post the results of Kaspersky along with a fresh HijackThis log.
