Virus stops high traffic websites from loading

Hello, Since yesterday all high traffic sites(Google search, Yahoo, and Myspace) won't load. My computer starts up with automatic updates turned off everytime. I was looking around and found there is a virus that adds dll's to the system 32 folder that causes this. I went through and deleted all the unneeded dll's that had no version. I used PendMoves Movefile program to delete the running dll's I couldn't remove. Still after that there is one dll that wont delete that I think is causing it. I would greatly appreciate it if i could get this resolved.
