Major Bug (Resolved)

Ok I experienced a problem with the HL sound thread in the gaming forum. I first entered the thread and scrolled to the bottom. There were no buttons at the bottom of the page so I could not hit reply. The page simply ended at the end of the last persons signature, nothing more. I clicked quote from someone elses post and then deleted the quoted material. I wrote my post and hit the post button so that it would be added to the thread. For some reason, my post was not added, but the folding banner from my signature was added to the last persons post!!!! I dunno what is up with this but it is very strange. I attached a screenshot below.

    Very wierd.

    Clear ya cookies and try it again. See if you can repeat teh bug. I've just had a go and I can't :confused:

    I cleared my cookies, logged in again, and posted in the same thread. The new thread showed up but my old thread is still lost in cyber time somewhere, the only evidance is how my folding sig is in with the other guys signature.

    Il keep an eye on it. If anyone else reports it, Il talk to the VB people. Never heard of that one before.

    ///EDIT/// I took at a look at the last poster on that thread (Riddick). He is using an iframe for his folding sig. Missed off the last closing ">" in his sigline.

    I put it in as it should be and all is restored. Also, your post that you made has reappeared to.

    Watch the code for the sigs, one missing tag could upset the delicate.. err.. something or other.. heh ;)///EndEDIT///
