Self scrolling windows !!

When I open anything such as My Pictures or My Music the folders scroll down by themselves . The only way to stop it is with the side slider bar and when I let it go it starts to scroll down again. I was trying to uninstall or de-activate nvidia firewall active armour and unchecked a box wich is no longer there for me to check again. Anyone know why this is happening and how to stop it also how do I uninstall the firewall .

    Make sure your scroll lock is off.

    Thanks Kryyst I found the answer ..........change the batteries in the cordless mouse but I still need to uninstall this fiirewall as it iis causing other aplacations to crash
