Outlook links.

Hi all,
this is driving me nuts. It used to be that when I got an email from Icrontic and clicked the link it would just open the correct forum page. Now it just opens a new tab on the task bar that flashes and I have to click that to open the web page. I've looked through all the Outlook options and can't see anything. This may have started after I updated Firefox to 3.0.1, Any ideas?
