Upgrading my computer

Hello there :)

Im thinking about upgrading my computer and i wanna know if, for my computer atm , there's a better deal than this :

Palit GeForce 9600GT Sonic 700MHZ 1GB 2.0GHZ DDR3 PCI-E 2XDVI HDMI Display Port SPDIF Video Card

i can have it for 149$ CND, pretty 'cheap' for a card that got a lot of good reviews.

My computer is still as mentionned in my signature. I don't have a very recent CPU but for games atm dualcore are overrated anyway.

And, do you think my PSU will have difficulty with the power needed by that card ? I hope not cuz i love my PSU :P

Do you think its worth it anyway ? Should i wait more... and completly change my computer.

I feel like my computer could last me a bit longer the only thing that is 'slowing' me up is my graphic card.

Thx for the advices.

    whoops ...

    Interface PCI Express 2.0 x16

    :(

Looks like this card wont work with my motherboard, pretty sure i have PCI Express 1.0 slot.

Its so hard to upgrade a computer , i guess thats why i never did it :P

Every new piece is hardware is uncompatible with our 'old' setup.

PCI Express 2.0 is compatible with 1.0 slots.

    Really ? Nice !

I read some articles about it and it seems that there's no performance loss in doing so (1.0 graphic card in a 2.0 slot)

A new graphic card will help me to hold a bit longer before completly changing my PC :vimp:
