Any Good Digital Cameras/Web Cam Combos?

A friend of mine is looking for a decent web cam and digital camera combo and I was wondering if there is anything out there that falls into this catagory.

Don't have much background when it comes to this so any suggestions are welcome.

    Look at Fujifilm digital cameras. If I remember correctly, they can also double up as a webcam.
