AMD Shanghai coming soon to a server near you

While Barcelona was kind of a botched launch (only 8 months late), AMD claims they are not repeating the same mistake twice. Shanghai, which is a 45nm quad core part, boasts HyperTransport 3.0, 6mb cache, and "much higher clockspeeds" than Barcelona, while retaining the familiar Socket F form factor. Clock-for-clock, Shanghai is purported to outperform Barcelona by "about 20%".
