Help, modded xbox problem

Hi,
I do not know much anything about modded xbox unleash.
I bought this thing a few days ago, I played some of the emulator games but, I put my old remote on it, and it starts up like any other xbox but when it comes up unleashed, it is so blurry I can not make it out. I tried to turn it off and on, unhooked it and I made sure I took the remote thing out and tried again. What could I do about this? Thanks in advance!!
