While I was with out power for 16 days I decided to send my 360 to the repair center in Mesquite Tx. The problem I was having is the system wouldn't allow me to play any of my content plus none of my dvd's . The tech guy talked me through all of usual to do a complete system diagnostic. The XBL tech later told me to remove the hard drive plus all the above and so on..........
The XBL tech connected me to his supervisor and he sent me a box to ship my 360 to the repair center. I called them on the 24th of September, and the rep told me they couldn't repair the system so they were going to send me a replacement a new system right wrong. A few days later I got my system via ups. The system had scratches allover the side plus here is the good part it was filthy with dust inside and it smell like it come from a smoking house hold.
Here we go again I called the first time I was so mad the tech hung up on me I was like no he didn't so called back I talked to the he wanted some info from the system so said ( um sir have you been watching the news houston is with out power) he kept on and on I gave him the address my account info ect......... sorry sir but your not in the system so I had enough of his BS it told him give me you supervisor. I told the supervisor the whole issue and that absolutely wouldn't accept this system as replacement. To make a long story short I he sent me a new HALO ED 360 I'm happy .:D
I went to game crazy to give them my new serial number and this kid about 16 years old or so was really digging my 360 he said aw man coooool a HALO 360 I mean I swear it was like the the store went silent. While store attendant was putting the info on the PC the guy on the left l thought he wanted to drop down and say ' I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy' :respect::respect: get a life kid.

Sorry for the long rant this after all is the short version.:D

The rep told me they couldn't repair the system, so they were going to send me a replacement as a new system. Right? Wrong.
