WANTED: AMD CPU >= 1700+ and RAM

I'm looking for a new processor for a new folding machine as well as some ram. Anything above a 1700+ is good but I'd obviously prefer a thoroughbred-b or other proven overclockable chip. For ram anything that will run FSB 200 at CL 2.5 or 3 either 256 MB or 512 MB interests me. (afaik cas latency doesn't affect folding enough to worry about it).
Caveats: shipping to Canada (I will pay the cost), price must be at least 5-10% less than what I can get it new for. I can pay paypal (CC funded), personal check (gets ugly across the border though) or possibly some other undetermined method, PP is preferred.
This isn't a super-rush so if you're counting on a nice new 3200+ for christmas and might have something to get rid of after christmas drop me a pm as well. (I'm trying to get first in line for the after christmas sales
).
Max budget is ~$120 between the two items.
