best lappy under?

wondering whats the best lappy under 450 bucks, Its would be for my wife who really surfs the net, plays card games, and Makes slideshows and uses roxio and picasa. Thats it

    Dunno how you can qualify one in that price range as "best." Most sub-notebooks would do what she needs so it's up to her to decide what one she likes best.

    MSI Wind is probably the "best" in that price range.

    That's all they're designed for. I intend to get one for the same purpose. Does the Thrax seal of approval count for anything?
