Not sure what I have, IE is slower and slower..please help!

It took me about 5 minutes for each page to load. I have pop ups that show up on occassion. I tried to delete most processes that don't look right or haven't seen before. Internet connection works fine on other computers in the house. Not sure where to go next. I had norton 360 running and that didnt help. tried Adware to remove some things and also ARO system optimizer...which didnt do anything for me. Can someone take a look and see if they can help please. Thanks Derrick
