Y2K deja vu
It has been reported that some if not all products developed and produced by the software company PTC, will become inoperable in a few weeks because of an obscure date-related glitch. Developers are rushing to produce and cirulate a patch, but because the company sells its products on a global scale, such a task is no mean feat. PTC are specialists in product lifecycle management applications.

Two patches that address some of the company's most widespread products were released early Friday, and fixes for other applications are on the way.
