Boot Problems After PSU Replacement

This is a continuation of a previous thread dealing with a fried PSU.

I installed a new on and hooked everything back up. Now the computer wont boot, and I dont hear that "beep" that normally happens when the comp gets turned on. There is nothing on the monitor either, but the light is on on the mobo and all fans are spinning, HDs getting power etc.

Is it possible more was fried than just the PSU? Mobo? video card?

ugh.

Reset BIOS, reseat components, run the PC outside of the case, use one DIMM, swap video card, etc.

    Still no boot?

How do you do the BIOS with no video? I'll try reseating the cards.

How do you run outside the case?

You reset the BIOS by moving the CMOS jumper to the reset position. This jumper is located in a different position on every board so you'll need to consult your manual.

You run the computer outside of the case by moving the motherboard onto a piece of wood or cardboard. All the components are plugged in. This makes sure the case isn't shorting anything out.

Nothing is working. The boot drive is not starting up. No "bep" if you know what I mean...
