incomplete torrent download trasferred to another machine

i'm currently downloading torrents using ares p2p client using its bittorrent feature... now i have some incomplete files that i would like to shift from one machine to another... but when i re-run the torrent on the new machine it creates a new downloading folder...

i also copy the stuff of the incomplete folder to the new created folder but it seems ares wouldn't recognize the incomplete downloaded files and just starts from scratch

anyone have any tips on tackling this? thanks for any help...

    Try it with a different client. Moving the partially completed contents to a new folder/PC should have no effect.
