Call of Duty 5 = HANG AW

When i double click and start the co-op mission of COD5, my screen goes blank, no activision or EA thingie appears. it hangs and i have to restart my PC. same with multiplayer :(

Specs:(yeah i know it is crap XD)
7600 GS 512mb NviDia
AMD sempron 1.6 GHZ 2800+
1256mb RAM
DX 9
