Virus/Malware/Trojan - Hijacked browser, can't install or run anti-spyware programs

If you guys can help me it would be awesome - sorry but I am really at wits' end here with this and I really appreciate your help.

Symptoms -

Browser hijacked, will redirect searches done in yahoo or google to a pop-up page with search results from a different place. Will not return sites like avg.com, Trend Micro, microsoft, etc
Can't run previously working AntiSpyware programs or update definitions from blocked domains.
Can't install Chrome (tried this to help get around the domain "blocks")

Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
