Selling NFR Software

edited November 2008 in Science & Tech
So I go to a trade show and "win" a copy of server 2003 EE R2 (Not For Resale). I am not using it, and I want to sell it?

Since I am a individual, can i sell this piece of software without any legal issues, or should I just not sell it and move on with life?

ty for your input.

If it's labeled NFR, that means it's NFR. The license to use that software is invalidated if you sell it. They call this "grey market software".
