The problem is that every 5 seconds I get this at the bottom of my screen. Screenshot.png
right clicking does nothing, and clicking on it opens a bogus webpage, I was trying to watch something on a site called "funkytube" it asked me to install an active X plugin, and I checked it with 2 virus scanners that said clean.

    Hi, welcome to Icrontic.

    Step 1:

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop. We will use it a bit later.

    Step 2:

Please run HijackThis and click Do a system scan only.

Place a check next to the following entries:

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: XML module - {500BCA15-57A7-4eaf-8143-8C619470B13D} - C:\Windows\system32\msxml71.dll
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSFox] C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\a.exe

Now close all open windows (including this one) and click Fix Checked.

    Step 3:

    Install and run MBAM:
    • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
    • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
      • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
      • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • Then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply.
    • If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
      C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt

Please post the results of MBAM along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Great response, I have followed the above steps and It seems to have ridden my computer of this silly mal-ware. (Silly because I was foolish enough to download it.)

Yet, I was not able to find a few of your entries to tick off.
