Please do the following...

1. Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply
  • If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
  • C:\\Documents and Settings\\Username\\Application Data\\Malwarebytes\\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\\Logs\\mbam-log-date (time).txt

2. I need to see another log from HijackThis.

• Run Hijackthis.
• Click on Open the Misc Tools section.
• Next click on Open uninstall manager.
• Press the Save list button.
• Save the file to your desktop, with the default name of uninstall_list
• Copy & Paste the entire contents of that file in your in your next post.

There are newer versions of the following programs. I suggest just keeping Malwarebytes, but it is your choice if you want to update these programs.

If you do not have any Norton/Symantec programs on your computer, uninstall these:
LiveReg (Symantec Corporation)
LiveUpdate 1.80 (Symantec Corporation)

2. Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Follow these steps to remove older versions of Java components and update to the latest version...

Please download JavaRa and unzip it to your desktop.

***Please close any instances of Internet Explorer (or other web browser) before continuing!***

• Double-click on JavaRa.exe to start the program.
• From the drop-down menu, choose English and click on Select.
• JavaRa will open; click on Remove Older Versions to remove the older versions of Java installed on your computer.
• Click Yes when prompted. When JavaRa is done, a notice will appear that a logfile has been produced. Click OK.
• A logfile will pop up. Please save it to a convenient location.

Now download and install Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 10.

3. Open HijackThis

• The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:

  • Change Save as type: to Text file
  • Save this as Kaspersky scan to your Desktop
• Post the Kaspersky report in your next reply, along with a new HijackThis log.

• then click Finish.

The logs are clean. Let me know if you have any specific problem with the computer?

You should clean the System Restore for the first computer...

1. CLEAR & RESET SYSTEM RESTORE'S CACHE - (System Volume Information folder)
   Go to Start > Run > type control sysdm.cpl,,4 & press Enter
   • Tick on the checkbox - Turn off System Restore on all drives
   • Click Apply
   Turn it back 'On' by unticking the same checkbox & click OK
