Internet Stops Working After ~30 minutes Requires Restart

My internet stops working after I surf around for a few minutes. Usually for about 30 mins. Even if I disable my firewall (ZoneAlarm-Free) and clean out my temporary files (using Ccleaner) it does nothing and I have to restart to get my internet to work again. What happens is that it simply will start loading slow until it just doesnt load, but it will never say "page cannot be displayed" instead it just "hangs up" and it looks like IE is loading forever. I had FF but I uninstalled it thinking perhaps that might help. It didn't. I now use IE7 but again still experience the same issue.

I installed HijackThis because I think I may have some sort of spyware due to having installed something that could have given me a virus of some kind. I am using Vista and out of all the times of using microsoft with XP I have never seen a spyware/virus that messes up your internet connection to the point I have to restart.

Lastly when I do try to restart I have to force shut it down (press down on the power button) until it turns off, because start -> shut down does not turn off the computer. It just acts as though I didn't click on anything at all. It doesn't freeze, I can still move around my mouse and open and close programs, it just will not shut down nor restart.

Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
