spyware 2008 8.0 keeps running on its own constantly and i never installed that program and i removed it many times on add or remove program but it keeps coming back >< please help me! thx

Step 1:

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop. We'll use it a bit later.

Step 2:

Run HijackThis and click the Do a system scan only.
Place a checkmark in the box next to the following lines:

O21 - SSODL: InternetConnection - {B9B4B506-00BA-4E56-889D-A18D8C75A1FD} - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DLLs\zsvrtethxs.dll
O21 - SSODL: ieModule - {A94EC356-5625-4672-BAFD-0C3272769511} - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DLLs\ieModule.dll

Close all open windows or programs (including this one) and click on the Fix checked.

Step 3:
Run MBAM

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• Then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply.
• If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
  C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt

Post the results of MBAM, along with a fresh Hijackthis.
