    It's really not about Dell at all. Microsoft is levying the increased price.

    The answer is simple. Don't buy Dell products. And tell others not to buy Dell. I won't buy Dell anymore and I tell other people not to all the time.

    And when I start spreading this new news around, that Dell wants to charge EXTRA for customer service in a language you can understand, I'll cost Dell even more sales!
