Windows XP failing to boot

After a few days of my PC running extremely slow I ran Spybot Search & Destroy, which found found several items. After deleting the spyware etc. and rebooting my PC, Windows goes into a reboot loop. It won't even load in safe mode now.

I hope this is the right place to post. I'm assuming this is malware/virus related.

Any suggestions?

I can't get to my desktop as Windows fails to boot up. Will these programs scan a slaved drive?

In that case, please download and run MBAM to scan whole system including the slave drive. Reboot your computer after the scan and post the results here.
