Internet Stops Working without any warning.

http://icrontic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=79574 - This is a very similar case, i will just post what i wrote on a diffrent forum seeking a sollution to it.

My Unit :

4 Gb DDR2,
Ati Radeon 4670,
Hdd 450 GB,
LAN On Board GigaBit Realtek RTL 8168,
LAN on PCI Dynex Gigabit
Procesor Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.15GHz
Windows XP Sp 2.

Internet Connections :
1. PPPoE = RDS - National Provider - Dynamic IP
2. Another Subscription with a Static IP from the same ISP this connection is availeable through a server which i own. - That Server is also running XP SP 2 and it isn't experiencing any problems.

My problem can be described in a very simple way, my internet stoped working randomly without any warning or anything. When it stops and i try to switch to my secondary connection or if i am using the secondary connection and it stops and then i try the primary connection it won't work. I mean the PPPoE accepts my username and password but my System won't reach out to the internet, even if i try to connect to my server after the internet stoped working i get the same result, the only option for me would be to reboot my system to resume my internet.

I also want to note this, after the internet stops working my LAN (Network) is still working, i even tried replacing the LAN cards, disabling one with another and using one at a time, replaced a Rooter that connects me to the Server, replaced UTP cable, reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows XP sp 2 nothing seemce to be working,

I took a look at my Event Manager, but there is no Error there that could be in concordance with the time my internet stops working .

These are the services that my System loads at start up :

1 - The Terminal Services service entered the running state.
2 - The Fast User Switching Compatibility service entered the running state.
3 - The IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service service entered the running state.
4 - The Network Location Awareness (NLA) service entered the running state.
5 - The SSDP Discovery Service service entered the running state.
6 - The Telephony service entered the running state.
7 - The Remote Access Connection Manager service entered the running state.
8 - The Application Layer Gateway Service service entered the running state.
9 - The IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service service entered the stopped state.
10 - The HTTP SSL service entered the running state.

Regarding my AntiVirus, i used to use Symantec Antivirus Coorporate Edition which i uninstalled in an attempt to figure out what is happening.

These are the following programs i have installed on my computer, which are listed in Add/Remove utility :

1 - uTorrent
2 - Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX
3 - Adobe Flash Player PlugIn
4 - Adobe Reader 9
5 - Ati Software Uninstall Utility
6 - ATI Catalyst Control Center
7 - Ati Display Driver
8 - GigaByte Raid Configurer
9 - High Definition Audio Driver Package KB888111
10 - Javaâ„¢ 6 Update 11
11 - K-Lite Codec Pack 4.3.1 (Full)
12 - Mircosoft Net Framework 2
13 - Microsoft Net Framework 3
14 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
15 - mIrc
16 - Mozilla Firefox ( 3.0.5)
17 - MSXML 6.0 Parser (KB 925673)
18 - Nero 8 Micro
19 - Power ISO
20 - Realtek Gbe & FE Ethernet PCI-E NIC Driver
21 - Realtek High Definition Driver
22 - Skype 3.8
23 - WinAmp
24 - WinPcap 3.0
25 - WinRar Archiver
26 - Yahoo Messenger

And from the last thread i looked up to i also downloaded that little program and i am going to post the logs here :

Hopefully someone will be able to help me out as this thing is driving me crazy and i don't want to resort to another option which is installing Windows Vista.
