Toshiba Card Reader driver?

edited December 2008 in Science & Tech
So...you guys/girls have bailed me out on both of my last two reformatting problems with my Toshiba Satellite A105-S4084. I would very VERY much appreciate an attempt at 3-3.

I reformatted and everything was going fine, just fine, until I noticed that my internal SD card reader (one of those 5-1 or 6-1 multimedia slots) wasn't working. I'd put my card in and the computer wouldn't even flinch; nothing.

I've scoured the internets for drivers and after installing some (of which none were for my model seeing as it doesn't seem to ever have been in existence or something) it still is not responding.

Device Manager tells me that "Secure Digital host controllers" driver is installed and working. "Mass Storage Controller" and "SM Bus Controller" are the only drivers that are not installed, if that matters. Massive google searches are turning up empty. Any ideas?

Do you know where I can get it? I can't seem to find my model anywhere.
