Trojan: Smitfraud-c-core service

Spybot Search and Destroy says I am infected with Trojan <Smitfraud-c-core service>. Spybot is the only detector that has discovered this Trojan. I need help and direction to eliminate this trojan. Malwarebytes and Spywareblaster do not detect this Trojan. My skills are limited!
