Need help with unknown post beep

I have a rig that has been chugging away for years which has now decided to roll over and die. When I boot it up it gives me a post beep which I cannot find the applicable code for.

It is a phoenix BIOS and gives continuous beeps about 2 seconds in length with a 4 second pause in between. Can anyone suggest what the problem may be?

    What motherboard?

If you boot it with no ram installed.. same or different beeps?

If you boot it with ram installed, but no video card.. same or different beeps?

    Socket 754 Gigabyte GA K8NS nForce 3

I haven't tried it with no RAM will give it a go. I actually stripped the computer, cleaned and dusted everything, re-built it, reset the bios and the thing booted.
When I switched it off and on again back to the same story.... long beeps.

Thanks for the tip Ryder. It turned out to be a faulty stick of RAM.
I had a twin set of Corsair Platinum's in there. I tried switching them between slots but didn't think of trying just one stick at a time :o
