Inaccesible Taskbar/Startbar/Icons near desktop clock
I think I have some sort of virus or malware which keeps on messing up my taskbar, start bar , icons where time is and sometimes my desktop.
It doesnt happen all the time but when it does it wont allow me to click on anything this includes the start bar/taskbar/desktop. The minimized internet pages on the taskbar all merge into each other and I cannot click to maximize them because the taskbar has muddled up.
I have to press "ctrl alt delete" buttons and log off and sign back in and then it seem's everything is fine until it happens again.
I have downloaded SuperAntiSpyware , Avast & Malwarebytes ...but nothing is detected . I even ran the CD's to get it back to factory settings because I am so annoyed.
Please help I'm at a wits end
