searchme spyware hit my laptop help plz HJT log included.

Hi every like 30 secs I get the little security icon on my tray with a message saying U have a security problem when I click on it a page pops out and just keeps trying to look for a page. and then there's a pop up that comes out with the website searchme.com I think. further sometimes there's like advertisements that goes on the background with sound and everything that I cant control. Plz help here's the HJT log. thank you. btw you guyz really ROCK

I actually found out that its not only searchme.com that pops out but a lot of other different websites .. and the sound of those advertisements plays only on one of the windows administrator accounts on this laptop. just thot I should add these details.
