Solid State Drive
My case for my PC uses clips instead of screws to hold the HDD in place and they don't seem to work very well since I've had 3 HDDs fail on me because of vibrations. I'm thinking of getting a Solid State HDD but I'm not sure if I have to mount it in the drive bay or not? I mean since there's no moving parts it should work if I just put it in the case and connect the cables without any mounting right?

I understand that's a better idea but I'm just asking if it's necessary. If so, anyone know of 3.5'' to 2.5'' adapter for under $10?
