new registration process

5 settings changes, 6 template changes, and new stylesheet, and 4 customized Phrases later... we have a uniquely awesome registration experience. Old and new versions:

//edit: actually, the "old" version was already partially fixt in the time zone and anti-spam fields... some clutter had already been cut out, but you get the idea :D

    I've now also moved the login form to be front and center when viewing the forum as a guest.
