    w00t! Suck on that grandma! ... wait what? A grandma kidnapped her granddaughter? That's kind of a twisted case.

    It is so often that Law Enforcement is reactionary. It is nice to see those in BLUE embracing technology and being proactive. Bad Grandma, Bad.

    If you believe the FBI agents on Without a Trace, kidnappings are usually perpetrated by family members (most often a parent). Ironically, as much as they say that in the show, it almost never happens for their cases.
