old subject just got back in town need help on laptop everytime I turn it on it goes to blue screen cannot do anything else on it. cannot get to open in safe mode if I cannot get out of blue screen how can I fix?

    Hi,

    This could be a hardware problem. Have you tested your RAM?

    I suggest starting a thread in the hardware forum, where you can receive help to get your PC running. You can then come back here for malware removal.
