Nexplore and Antivirus 2009 pop-ups

Hello everyone, I keep getting Nexplore popups that keep popping up until there is a least 40 of them and I can't get rid of them unless I go to the Task Manager. I also get Antivirus 2009 pop-ups that pop-up every so often when I am on the internet. The pop-ups look as if something is downloading, so I close out of it and then get another pop-up. Then this cycle happens every so often... I also get pop-ups called Download Registry Defender and (install) Stopzilla, but that only pops up a few times. (not the biggest issue)
If anyone can help me get my computer back to the way it used to be, I would apprieciate it A LOT! PLEASE help me.
