I have been able to find next to nothing about his stances, though he was the head of Obama's internet campaign and policy team. This means that he had a huge hand in the open internet/net neutrality policies espoused throughout the campaign.
You mean the policies that they revised to be more nebulous at time went on, and the internet campaign that died when the polls closed Nov. 4? Or am I doing it wrong?
