I have very little experience with computers, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to wipe out my laptop and restore factory settings. Like turn it off and then back on while pushing F2 and F11 or something? Then what? I keep getting the system configuration screen... Can someone tell me what the crap I'm supposed to do besides pay alot of money to dell.

    If your machine has a recovery partition, then do the following
    When you turn the power on to your machine, keep pressing F11.

    You should get a screen with the recovery options.
