Don't you have to have another connection to upload? Or can you upload through the SAT? Someone told me awhile back that you couldn't upload through the SAT.

Gnome, be aware of the FAP.(No, that's not something you do behind closed doors looking at the pr0n sites). ;) That stands for Fair Access Policy. That means that if you are d/ling a bunch of stuff they will cut you off for a certain amount of time. :bawling: In the daytime it's around 160-170 megs in a 3 hour period and at night it's around 250-275 megs. :banghead: So it makes d/ling iso's a big friggin pain, as well as shopping on the kazaa network or bit torrenting. :thumbsdow Also, the upload speed sucks donkey ballz; around the same as dialup, the the d/l speed is great(when the frigging crap is working right  ). If I had dsl or cable broadband I would drop it like a hot potato but that's not in the cards anytime soon.

I wish you would have asked me about direcway before getting it; I've been much less than impressed with their service the last 3 months and the problem has been on their frigging end. There's another competing sat service called Starband and they're affiliated with The Dish Network. If I didn't already have this Direcway equipment I would probably go with them now.

Everyone needs to use ABC -- Another Bittorrent Client.

Default client, experimental, Sharezaa, PTC... All don't hold a candle to ABC.

    Virtues, I recently tested it.

Its queue feature is pretty nice, and from what can I see, its gui-platform is solid. You're also able to schedule torrent-retries. Ratio configurability doesn't differ much from other clients, but it's still a nice alternative to the dull interfaces offered by the rest.

Congrats on the new connection Gnome!

I get very fast downloads on Limewire. Shareaza has been poopy for me lately. And yes ABC is good.
