installing a new HP5600 AIO
I am using a Dell Dimension 2400 with Windows XP Home. I had this printer installed once and it worked fine, but then I started getting an error msg. that said my printer spooler was not started. Well, I got that fixed and then I got an error msg about my RPC service being unavailable! That, too, was restarted.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software-restarts,etc. Nothing seems to work. I have also tried my system restore; all to no avail!
