Acting Real slow after the last week

Well i have to continuously hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete and close many thing's im not used to seeing, it will lag my game and etc... This is one of my family computers and i dont need all of this extra stuff..

I really dont know why iPod services keep on going and going when i turn my computer on... It's not checked to..

Bump, i need to know how to remove all of those things from startup.. i've tried their options menu but it still has no prevail..
i'll close iTunesHelper through task manager and it will just re-open itself later on.. suggestions?

Follow the instructions below to disable programs on startup...

• Go to Start > Run > Type msconfig
• Click the Startup Tab
• Uncheck what you do not want, but do not uncheck your AntiVirus or Firewall.
• Click Apply and then Close
• Reboot when prompted

Good to go, Thanks buddy.. One question, is it usual to have a browser.. take up from 100k-300k memory when it's open? I'm using the latest version of FireFox and it just eats up all of the memory while it's open..

Example: Right now i have only this tab open and i'm idling at 100k.... any suggestions?

A little unusual, but I've had Fireofx and IE take up similar memory with one or two open.

Lets run a scan to make sure your computer is clean...

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    
  • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply
  
  • If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
    
  • C:\\Documents and Settings\\Username\\Application Data\\Malwarebytes\\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\\Logs\\mbam-log-date (time).txt

I don't think it's malware related, to be honest. I've got 2 Firefox windows open and it's using 120k memory for me.
