Basic i7 Numbers
Just fired up the P6T and the i7 920 yesterday. Running some basic testing on existing OCZ kits. You do not have to buy the new LV memory to run these systems with some very nice performance. I have Platinum 1600 and 1800, plus the Nvidia 2000 modules here and so far they all run just fine at 1.65V max (not at rated speed, mind you). No problems getting to 1600 MHz though so far with 8-7-7 ram timings, which is comparable to our LV kits.
Here are a couple Everest benches at stock 2.66 Ghz and overclocked to 3.2 which was easy.

Here are the Dual Channel numbers. IMO, do not hesitate to buy an i7 system if you already own a pair of DDR3 sticks. There just isn't enough difference in Triple Channel to warrant a new kit of ram.
Overall Latency is actually better with Dual Channel, than Triple.
