computer problems

apparently I lost power right when the computer was booting up and now it just stops at a certain point, when the windows screen says its loading or booting up or something. I went into safe mode & I get a screen that has a whole bunch of drivers on it and then it just stops. like it needs something else or its waiting for something else. I'm lost, any suggestions?
