ive got some spyware

i did a scan and i found out that that registry key was spyware i quarantined it and when i reboot my computer it appears again ... it isnt getting deleted
i know its spyware i neeed it to go so i tried to delete the registry value manually but it isnt letting me i get a error message saying " unable to delete all specified values"
