How do you fix these they have been plaguing me over the last week?

    Test your memory. It's typically not a software error.

    What program is giving you problems? Buggy software could indeed be generating the errors.

    Bitripper and another program but i dont remember which one right now

    Maybe check for updated versions? If the developers have bug tracking for the project see if you can find an open report matching your problem.
