Any ideas? This comes up and it won't go past this screen.

    He just needed to do a hard reset of his bios as well as configure his boot order properly

    No it actually was still having issues after that, we finally figured out that the cable and possibly that SATA port had died. After switching cables and sata ports on my raptor everything worked properly immediately.
