Can't OC, Q9550+ASUS P5E-DX

for some reason my:Q9550+ASUS P5E-DX, wont overclock...

spec:
*Q9550
*ASUS P5E-DX
*4x 2GB DDR2 G-skill PC8000 (1066mhz @ 2.1V according to web)
(occupide slots upp to down)
*PCI-EX1 - ASUS motherboard FX soundcard raiser card (AD1988B)
*PCI - VIA Chip SATA+IDE controller for my DVDRW (b/c my SATA is ACHI and wont work with my DVDRW)
*PCI-EX16 ATI HD3870 512MB
*PCI-EX1 - Empty
*PCI-EX1 - Empty
*PCI-EX16 - Empty
*PCI - Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS (it is still bettter than onboard right?)

Fresh install windows vista ultimate 64

anyway, on default in bios,

CPU TM = disable
C1E = disable
Speedstep = disable
CPU mutiplier = 8.5,
loadline caibration = enable (inprove Vdrop),
memory lock to lowest mutiplier....(set boot strap to auto or 400 allows me to have nower mhz on ram),
ram voltage = 1.94V
northbridge voltage = 1.29

current system is cooling with water cooling and read out:
syste, = 30C
cpu = 19C

no Vcc boost = 340-343fsb
1.35 Vcc (cpuz) = 351 fsb

    Trying to overclock 8GB is a chore. I don't know how much you can reasonably expect to get.

    BuddyJ was trying to tell you that with 2GB sticks in all 4 slots it is very difficulto to do much OC'ing at all. You should try removing 2 sticks so that you have 1 in each channel. The problem is that the memory controller on the motherboard can't handle that large of a load.

    as for ram, it is nothing to do with memory controller, nnow they are runing @ 1:2 = 900mhz @ 1.8V
