Is it ok to buy a open box cintiq from new egg?

The open box Wacom Cintiq is $650 cheaper
compared to the original, $2000
I don't expect all the parts to come in but don't want functional defects
will it be risky?

    newegg guarantees it to work, it may be lacking all the accessories though. and you luck sob. I would love a cintiq but settle for my wacom penabled tablet laptop.

    Newegg open boxes are generally flawless. If you're not expecting accessories, then you're fine. If it doesn't work, they'll let you return it.
