error loading operating system DFI Lan Party

I have a DFI Lan Party mother board. I was messing around in the bio setup and selected "load optimal settings" on startup the system goes to "error loading operating system" . How do I get back to the bios settings to change the correct boot drive?

    Turn off your computer
    Turn on your computer and hit keep hitting the delete key to get back into the bios
    Set your bios back to default settings.
    Save and reboot your computer. The Optimal settings mess around with more aggressive timings and that's likely what is causing your boot issue. Setting optimal settings alone won't change your boot device order.
    If you are still getting that error though you can go back into your bios and there should be a menu for startup and boot order and in there you can move the order of the boot devices around.
