Caps Lock and UIT

Hi! I am not the best at computers, an amatuer really, but I do know that something is definitely up with mine! The caps lock comes on like it is possessed, new IE windows open (30-40) at a time, UIT repeats over and over in any place that letters can be entered, and the keyboard stops working so I have to use my fingerprint scan to get on. I have looked through Google trying to find out how I can try to delete any of these problems, only to come up with places that want me to join and pay for a subscription. I don't have a problem with that, but I was wondering which ones you recommend? You seem to have a very reliable site and I thank you for that and value your opinion. Is there truly any free download sites? What ones that I woud have to pay for would you recommend? I look forward to your response. Thank you.
